That is why SheInspiringMe does not use a one-size-fits-all process. Dominique listens for the pattern underneath the story, helps clients see the dynamic they are standing in, and identifies the next step that fits the reality of their relationship.
The Relationship Insight Framework is the throughline behind the books, the coaching, the consultation process, and the way every client experience is shaped. Depending on the coaching arrangement, the process may also include brief check-ins between sessions to help clients stay clear, grounded, and accountable as they apply the work in real time.

Therapy is valuable, and for many people it is necessary. Clinical support helps with trauma, mental health conditions, diagnosis, and deeper healing work. Relationship coaching serves a different purpose.
